Dog Tag License Form

Year 2010 Dog Tags are available at $12.00 ea. until April 30th, 2010 after, they will be increased to $25.00 each. All dogs over the age of 2 months must have a dog tag.

Kennel Licenses must be purchased at the Municipal Office at a cost of $100.00 until April 30th, 2010 after which they will be increased to $125.00 per license. A dog kennel license must be purchased if an owner has more than 6 dogs.

Dog Tags can be purchased at the Municipal Offices, Northway Hardware in Inverary, RONA Hardware in Verona, Perth Road Store in Perth Road village.
