Dog Tag License Form

Year 2010 Dog Tags are available at $12.00 ea. until April 30th, 2010 after, they will be increased to $25.00 each. All dogs over the age of 2 months must have a dog tag.

Kennel Licenses must be purchased at the Municipal Office at a cost of $100.00 until April 30th, 2010 after which they will be increased to $125.00 per license. A dog kennel license must be purchased if an owner has more than 6 dogs.

Dog Tags can be purchased at the Municipal Offices, Northway Hardware in Inverary, RONA Hardware in Verona, Perth Road Store in Perth Road village and Burridge General Store in Burridge and Sydenham Veterinary Services in Sydenham.
