Waste Disposal Fees:  Schedule 'B' to By-law 2005-98

Please be advised that effective September 1st, 2009 there is no longer a charge for tires at Landfill Sites. All other tipping fees remain in effect.

Notice to Residents -  Changes to Landfill Site Use

Please be advised that effective July 8th, 2009 township residents may access any Landfill Site within South Frontenac. Residents must provide proof to the Landfill Site Attendant that they are a resident of or own property in South Frontenac (a copy of your Tax Notice will do). Bagged garbage must have a bag tag affixed or the associated tipping fee must be paid at the time of disposal. 

Electronic Waste:

One KIMCO bin has been established at the Portland Landfill Site, one at the Loughborough Landfill Site and one at the Salem Landfill Site in Bedford District to collect electronic waste. These three locations will serve all the residents of the Township with Storrington residents using the Loughborough Landfill Site. Proof of residency is necessary and the hours will be the same as the landfills. There is no charge for this service.
